TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Soundscape Studios in Cyprus. By using our services, booking a session, or purchasing any package or gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services

We offer a wide range of professional audio services, including:

  • Recording, Dry Hire, and Rehearsal Sessions

  • Mixing and Mastering

  • Music Production and Sound Design

  • Composition and Songwriting

  • Educational Workshops and Collaborative Projects

 

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • They are not subject to the 15% weekend surcharge.

  • Gift cards are valid for the services specified and must be redeemed within their validity period.

 

4. Packages

  • Packages offer discounted rates and must be booked online with a 50% deposit.

  • The following packages incur a 15% weekend surcharge when booked on Saturdays or Sundays:

    • Studio Vocal Package

    • Studio Live Band Package

    • Artist Showcase Package

 

5. Studio Conduct & Use

  • Studio Rules: Clients must follow all studio policies and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service without refund.

  • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the studio.

  • Drinks Policy: Only bottled water is allowed inside the control rooms or live rooms — all other drinks are prohibited.

  • Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, or property during their session.

  • Rehearsals: Any damage caused to equipment during a rehearsal session must be paid for in full by the client.

 

6. Additional Charges

Services beyond the original booking — such as extra production, composition, editing, or mixing — will be billed separately.

 

7. Liability

  • Studio Liability: Soundscape Studios is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of personal items, or damage to clients’ property.

  • Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify Soundscape Studios against any claims arising from their use of the facilities or services.

 

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.

10. Amendments
