Booking Policy

1. Booking Procedure

  • Advance Booking: Up to 60 days ahead; no later than 48 hours before the session.

  • Minimum Booking: 1 hour for Recording, 2 hours for Dry Hire.

  • Confirmation: Full payment required to secure booking; confirmation sent via email.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: Request at least 48 hours in advance; subject to availability.

  • Cancellations: Must be made 48 hours before the session; late cancellations forfeit booked hours.

  • Late Arrivals: Sessions start and end as scheduled; no compensation for late arrivals.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Payment Terms: Full payment required in advance; accepted via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal.

  • Additional Charges: Extra services billed separately.

4. Studio Access and Conduct

  • Access: Only during scheduled times; extended access requires prior arrangement and may incur fees.

  • Rules: Clients must follow studio rules; violations may result in service refusal.

5. Equipment and Property

  • Responsibility: Clients are liable for damage to studio equipment and their property.

  • Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
