Soundscape Studios Booking Policy
 

1. Booking Procedure

 

Online Booking

Selected studio services can be booked instantly through the Soundscape Studios online booking system.

Clients must create an account and log in before making a booking.

Booking Window

  • Online bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.

  • Bookings must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session start time.

 

Booking Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Your booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been received.

 

Services Available

Online booking is available for selected studio services, including:

  • Recording sessions

  • Dry hire sessions

  • Studio packages and experiences

Custom projects and services including production, songwriting, mixing, mastering, artist development, and other bespoke requests must be arranged directly with Soundscape Studios.

 

2. Payments & Fees

 

Payment Methods

Payments can be made securely online using accepted payment methods available through the booking system.

VAT

All prices are subject to applicable VAT.

​

Additional Services

Any additional services requested beyond the original booking will be quoted separately and must be approved before work begins.

Examples include:

  • Additional studio time

  • Extra engineering services

  • Additional production or post-production work

  • Additional equipment or instrument requirements

 

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session start time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.

  • Sessions cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from Soundscape Studios.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session start time are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  • A 5% administration fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

 

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time.

Any time lost due to late arrival, delays, or failure to arrive on time cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded.

 

4. Studio Access & Session Duration

  • Studio access is permitted only during the booked session period.

  • Early access, additional preparation time, or extended sessions must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Clients must complete all setup, pack-down, and personal arrangements within their allocated booking time.

 

5. Equipment, Instruments & Studio Property

Clients are responsible for the proper use of all studio equipment, instruments, facilities, and property during their session.

Any damage caused by clients or members of their party may result in repair or replacement charges.

Soundscape Studios is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio.

 

6. Studio Rules & Professional Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to treat the studio, equipment, staff, and other clients with respect.

Soundscape Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or damaging to the studio environment.

 

7. Policy Updates

Soundscape Studios reserves the right to update or modify this Booking Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Soundscape Studios booking system constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
