BOOKING POLICY

1. Booking Procedure

  • Online Booking Only: All sessions must be booked through our online booking system.

  • Account Required: Clients must sign up and log in to make a booking.

  • Booking Window: Sessions can be booked up to 60 days in advance and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Minimum Booking: 1 hour for recording sessions, 2 hours for dry hire.

  • Confirmation: Full payment is required to secure a booking. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is complete.

2. Payments & Fees

  • Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, and bank transfer.

  • Additional Charges: Extra services beyond the original booking are billed separately.

  • Surcharges: Bookings made on weekends may incur a 15% surcharge (except gift card sessions, which are exempt).

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded.

  • Late Arrivals: Sessions start and end as scheduled. Lost time due to late arrival will not be compensated.

 

4. Studio Access & Session Duration

  • Access: Entry is permitted only during your booked time. Early access or extended time must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

  • Session End: All setup and pack-down must occur within your scheduled session.

 

5. Equipment & Property

  • Responsibility: Clients are liable for any damage caused to studio equipment, instruments, or property during their session.

  • Personal Belongings: Soundscape Studios is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

 

6. Policy Updates

Soundscape Studios reserves the right to update this Booking Policy at any time. Continued use of our booking system implies acceptance of the latest version.
