Soundscape Studios Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

Welcome to Soundscape Studios, Cyprus.

By accessing our website, booking a session, purchasing a package, or purchasing a Gift Experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to ensure a professional, creative, and enjoyable experience for all clients using Soundscape Studios facilities and services.

2. Services

Soundscape Studios provides professional audio and creative services, including:

  • Recording Sessions

  • Dry Hire Sessions

  • Rehearsal Sessions

  • Studio Packages and Gift Experiences

  • Mixing and Mastering

  • Music Production

  • Composition and Songwriting

  • Sound Design and Audio Post-Production

  • Educational Workshops and Creative Collaborations

Certain services may require direct consultation and are subject to availability.

 

3. Gift Experiences

  • Gift Experiences must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Gift Experiences are valid only for the service specified at the time of purchase.

  • Gift Experiences must be redeemed within the stated validity period.

  • Gift Experiences are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift Experiences may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Soundscape Studios.

4. Packages

  • Studio Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Package prices include only the services specifically listed in the package description.

  • Any additional services, extra studio time, or additional requirements will be charged separately.

 

5. Studio Conduct & Use

Clients and guests must follow all Soundscape Studios rules and staff instructions during their visit.

Soundscape Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session without refund if behaviour is considered unsafe, disrespectful, disruptive, or damaging to the studio environment.

 

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.

Food & Drinks

Only bottled water is permitted inside the control rooms and live rooms. All other drinks and food must remain outside these areas unless otherwise approved.

 

Equipment & Property

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, instruments, furniture, or property during their session.

Any damage caused during rehearsal, dry hire, or other studio use must be repaired or compensated for by the responsible client.

 

6. Additional Charges

Any services requested beyond the original booking or package agreement will be quoted separately.

Additional charges may include, but are not limited to:

  • Additional studio time

  • Additional engineering services

  • Editing, production, composition, mixing, or mastering

  • Additional equipment or special requirements

Work outside the original agreement will only proceed with client approval.

 

7. Liability

Soundscape Studios is not responsible for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio.

  • Personal injury caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow studio instructions.

  • Damage caused by clients or guests during their use of the facilities.

Clients agree to use the studio responsibly and accept liability for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus.

Any disputes arising from the use of Soundscape Studios services or facilities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.

10. Amendments
